A boutique clinic, providing big results.
At Borough Physiotherapy, you are in safe and qualified hands. We are chartered, fully insured, and licensed under the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring the highest standards of care and professional practice.

We help people recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve movement so they can get back to doing what they love. We see people with a range of issues, including back pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and long-term stiffness.
Borough Physiotherapy is located inside Isofit Gym, Kingston upon Thames. Our treatments focus on relieving discomfort, improving mobility, and preventing future injuries. No gimmicks, no unnecessary treatments—just straightforward physiotherapy that works for you.

Our Methodology
At Borough Physiotherapy, we use an evidence-based, medical approach to assess and treat pain, injuries, and movement dysfunction.
Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions that affect movement and function.
We follow a biopsychosocial approach, meaning we don’t just treat isolated symptoms—we look at the bigger picture. Pain and injury are influenced by multiple factors, including physical health, lifestyle, and daily movement patterns. By addressing these together, we help you recover more effectively and prevent future issues.
Our approach combines hands-on physiotherapy with structured rehab to reduce pain, restore movement, and build long-term strength.
Our Process
At Borough Physiotherapy, we provide individualised, hands-on care combined with rehab strategies designed to get you moving better and feeling stronger.
Our goal is to not just treat pain, but help you move better and stay stronger for the long run.
- Manual therapy – Joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, and manipulations to improve movement and reduce pain
- Taping and bracing – To support injured areas and aid recovery
- Exercise rehabilitation – Targeted strength and mobility exercises for long-term improvement
- Strength and conditioning – Progressive training to improve resilience and prevent re-injury in our studio gym.
- Movement training – Helping you move more efficiently and reduce strain on your body
- Mobility and stretching techniques – To restore flexibility and prevent stiffness
- Education and self-management strategies – Understanding your condition and how to manage it
- Training load advice – Preventing injuries related to overuse or sudden changes in activity
- Lifestyle guidance – Identifying contributing factors to pain and referring to other specialists when needed

Clarke Natolie – Chartered Physiotherapist
BSc (Hons), MSc (Pre-Reg), HCPC Registered
“I’m Clarke, a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience treating a wide range of patients, from athletes and gym-goers to desk workers and those recovering from injury. While I work with all types of pain and movement issues, I have a particular interest in helping people manage and overcome chronic pain—pain that has lasted longer than expected.”
I understand that persistent pain can be complex, often affecting more than just the body. My approach combines hands-on treatment, rehab-based physiotherapy, and patient education to help people regain movement, confidence, and control over their condition. Whether you’re dealing with long-term back pain, postural issues, or a recurring injury, I take the time to understand your individual situation and create a plan that works for you.
